Webconference: one hour to discover Shapership (in french)

"To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete"

The Shapership attitude is inspired by the great scientist Buckminster Fuller who said: "You never change things by fighting the existing Reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete".

Instead of trying to "solve" current problems within the same paradigm, the aim is to "dissolve" them by making radically different Futures emerge.

Be inspired by The "Altitude Attitude": the DNA of Shapership

The DNA of Shapership rests on the articulation of 3 elements which generate its transformative impact

  1. Creative Resistance: the Big "NO" to a situation considered as "normal" by a vast majority of people.
  2. Transformative Vision: the Big "YES". It is a way to look at "what could be".
  3. Anticipative Experimentation: the Creative "HOW". A transformative Vision calls for transformative actions. Shapers often completely reinvent the ways things work. Because key issues require system solutions, they abolish competition and create new forms of collaboration. They rally a dynamic ecosystem of partners, so that Anticipative Experimentation becomes a space for Co-creation. Whether it is through a movement, a company, a community, Shapers unite people around shared Purposes!
